Sink1 Return Policy


Sink1 authorizes return requests up to 30 days from the date of delivery providing the material is not on our "non-returnable" list and is in new sellable condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return freight/shipping, though you may request that we arrange pick up at our freight rate, which would simply be deducted from your refund.


Sink1 will not accept returns, or provide a refund for the following:

·         Products custom made

·         Products without original box/carton(s)

·         Special order products not listed in our catalog or on our site, (unless approved by Sink1 upon quotation)

·         Products that have been altered, installed, or show signs of installation or use, (i.e. markings, scratches, putty, caulk, etc.)



Allow 7-10 business days from the date you ship the item for your package to arrive back to us. Within 48 business hours of the return delivery, we will inspect the product(s), and process your refund. From there your financial institution will credit your card within 2-10 business days.



Please thoroughly inspect your product(s) and packaging within 7 actual days from the delivery date. Report to us, any damage you find during inspection, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund to you, whichever you may prefer. Replacement/refund is unable to be provided if damage is reported past 7 actual days from the delivery date. Defects and missing parts can be reported to us within 90 days from the delivery date and we will provide instruction for resolution.
